Where can I find the tracking number for my order?
All our orders are sent via Canada Post delivery services. Your order will have a tracking number only if you choose the express delivery option during checkout. This tracking number will be indicated on your shipping confirmation email.
How can I find the right size for me?

Can I exchange my jewelry?
Absolutely. If the jewelry ordered is not the right size or if you are not completely satisfied, we will be happy to exchange it for you! Note, however, that Nelumbo does not issue any refunds. Can I wear my jewelry underwater?
Certainly! Nelumbo’s jewelry is designed for everyday wear and can be exposed to water without risking to change color. To find out more about the materials used and how to maintain them, visit our Materials & Care page.
Do you offer a warranty?
We offer a six months warranty on all our jewelry. If these break or change color despite proper use, please contact us. However, the warranty does not cover the normal wear and tear of a piece of jewelry or breakage due to improper use (example: exposure to chemicals, exposure to chlorine from a hot tub, etc).
