Return and Reimbursement

OUR POLICY
If the jewelry ordered is not the right size or if you are not completely satisfied, we will be happy to exchange it for you!
 
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you an exchange.
 
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (protective drawstring bag). Certain products such as gift cards and complementary accessories cannot be returned.
 
Note that Nelumbo will not issue any refunds.
 
 
STEPS TO PROCEED TO AN EXCHANGE

1. Contact us by email

Contact us at contact@nelumbo.ca and provide us with: your order number and a description of the exchange you would like to proceed with.

2. Confirmation

Within 24 to 48 hours (working days), you will receive our confirmation that the desired products are in stock and reserved in your name. You will receive all the information you need to complete the exchange at this time.

3. Shipping
To return a product, you must send it by post. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item ($ 1.94 stamp). We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so you are responsible for sending it to the correct address.

4. Reception and shipping of the new jewelry

Once we've received and inspected the returned item, we'll send you an email to let you know we've received it and to inform you that your new item is on its way! We will cover the shipping costs for this step.
 
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

All orders will be processed within a maximum of 2 working days. You will be notified by email when your order has been shipped.

Canada [currently no guarantee on shipping delays]

Standard Delivery Policies:

• 2 working days locally (Montréal).
• 3 working days at the provincial level (Quebec).
• 4 working days nationwide (Canada).

Express Delivery Policies:

• Guaranteed delay (1 to 3 business days).
• Get a tracking number.
• Insurance cover up to $100.

Warranty

We offer a six months warranty on all our jewelry. If these break or change color despite proper use, please contact us. However, the warranty does not cover the normal wear and tear of a piece of jewelry or breakage due to improper use (example: exposure to chemicals, exposure to chlorine from a hot tub, etc).

If an error or damage has occurred during shipping, Nelumbo will replace the merchandise at no cost. Please contact us within 10 days following reception. Pictures and supporting documents will be required.
