Technique 1

HOW TO USE

To use this sizing chart:

1. Measure the circumference of your finger with a thin strip of paper or thread.

2. Measure the length of the strip of paper/thread in millimeters (mm) or in inches.

3. Find the appropriate ring size with the help of the sizing chart above.

Note: It is very important to use a thin strip of paper, using anything thicker could be misleading.

 

Technique 2

HOW TO USE

To use this sizing chart:

1. Place your ring on a measuring tape or a ruler.

2. Measure the inside diameter of your ring in millimeters.

3. Refer to the sizing chart above to identify the corresponding ring size.
